[Gamma Bros]

Instant Classic

I believe this is the best game I've ever played on Newgrounds. I loved the funny little custom 8-bit sprites. They were clean and extremely professional. Hell, this looks like it should come in a cartridge for the NES. The gameplay was astounding and ultra smooth - all of the lasers flying around the screen with the addition of asteriods and humorous bloops and bleeps. Oh man, it was just so perfect. I got killed off by those three ships (I'm assuming it's a miniboss), so I'll be sure to play again sometime. Excellent, excellent stuff. Outstanding work/effort.

Cool! Im glad you liked it. We seriously worked our nutz off on this thing. I can see Gamma Bros appears to be a love it or hate it type thing. I can understand that some just dont like the simple retro style. Thanks for believing in us!

Astounding!

That was the most satsifying game I've played in a long, long time. Everything was outstanding, but how could you go wrong with such a talented group of people? It had everything I wanted in a beat-'em-up, with Adam Phillips piss as the cherry on top.

[Excitebike]

One of the Best

That was an amazing game. It's easily the best racing game I've played on Newgrounds. I haven't experienced the original Excitebike, so I can't decipher which sprites were custom. Knowing you, however, I'm sure there were tons. I really hope this gets a Daily Feature, you're long overdue for one anyway. I haven't enjoyed a game so much on NG in a long time, and since the creator is one of my best buds, it makes it all the better. Congrats on an incredible flash, Psy! and fortunately, I think this'll put an end to that Daily 3rd streak :D

[Naval Strike]

Brilliant

What an amazing game! I loved the 3D effects and the realistic physics/movements. The graphics were phenomenal and very realistic. I would have prefered some more smoke or larger explosions, but that's just being picky. Excellent work and good luck getting an award.

[Krazy Kar 2]

Come on Glaiel

You've done much better in the past. These Krazy Kar games just aren't very fun. It's nice, even a bit amusing, to see your car bounce around with exaggerated physics for a couple minutes, but the limited amount of obstacles and powerups makes the game bland after a while. Still, I can't give this any lower than a 7 overall. I've never attempted to make a game of my own, and I can't even imagine the amount of time that goes into perfecting the AS. Just to think that you've made 30+ games at your age is incredible, and I really respect you for that.

Work on the Controls.

The switches you implemented to change the color were extremely clumbsy and laggy. If it wasn't for this huge flaw, I may have given your game a 6 or so. At least the graphics were decent. Keep tryin'.

When I read the author's comments, I was skeptical, but sure enough, the whole microphone thing worked very nicely. My only suggestion - put in some more notes. Very creative :]

Great Game

I loved it. Played it for a good ten minutes. I think the highest I got was 87 :D I felt the movement to be a bit clumbsy at times, but it didn't distract from the game much at all. Great job man.

Arg! But Awesome!

Very creative. Simple clean graphics and very nice controls and manuverablility. It was even funny, especially when you had to slap the teacher once, and the screen said, "Victorious!". That was so funny man. Great job!

Could've been Great.

But, I found the navigational system to be very clumbsy and at times insufficient, especially when there were more than four enemies on the screen. I think the four arrow keys would have been a better choice, rather than a single key. It wasn't that bad though, the graphics were fantastic and simple and the enemies movements were for the most part, unpredictable. So, it's still a good game, it's just the movement that brought it down.
