The new Mario Castle Calamity did make me laugh. Nude Toad was new . Favorite chain chomp was biting mario's head and when the football guys were chasing mario. MCC2 was funny and all but I still don't think very many of the skits were actually about Mario trying to destroy the castle. The majority were just about random stuff happening.

That's a fair point. While the spontaneity of the skits is partially just a subjective matter of taste, I also wanted to accentuate the already powerful notion of a "calamity" by including the ridiculous. It's one thing to have the fuse unintentionally go out - that's just sorta sucky; it's another to have a giant Chomp Chomp randomly munching on your brains - that's a calamity.
