[Super Blooper Land]

Great for a First

By the looks of the preloader, I thought this would be amazing. It's alright though dude, it definitely wasn't bad. I could tell how much you improved over the course of the flash. What I mean by that is, the animation/style of the last skit was much better than the first skit. It seems you're a fan of Sebastian Lopez, with the record scratch sound and the shotgun black screen. This is alright, since he's one of the best and an awesome friend of mine, however, some people will be discouraged at your lack of creativity. The bloopers were quite average. I didn't laugh once, but they were surely good enough to make others laugh on this site - I'm not easily amused. The sounds, although they could have been organized better, were decent. The biggest complaint I have - everything moved too slow. Humor is often portrayed more effectively when things are sped up. It has worked well in my Mario flashes, and personally, it's my favorite style of humor. The way I see it, if you can make Mario fail at something (like jumping over an enemy for example) three or more times (each with a unique reason) in a matter of ten seconds or less, you'll have a hilarious blooper. Good luck in the future.

Congrats on Your First Trophy

I enjoyed this. It was much deeper than most submissions here on NG, including my own. The animation was just about perfect, and you mixed some nice colors in there. The only matter I'll address is that your animation is a bit choppy. I know it's hell to animate one character ten times instead of twenty, especially with all of the shadowing you added, but it seems you're aiming to be an accomplished animator, so why not go for it :]

[10 ways Mario can die]

Not Funny.

Just about all of these skits have been done before. Especially Mario being impaled by the flag pole. I sware, I've seen that happen about two dozen times over the years. However, you animated the sprites fairly nicely. Still, the objects you drew were godawful. The blood was too thick - use a smaller brush size next time. The fire wasn't fluent enough - 2 frames? Next time, aim for five or six. Luigi's gun and the toads' pickaxes were also abysmal. Add some shading and don't use the line tool as much. The fact that you can animate sprites tells me that you have potential, just brush up on your comedy and spend some more time drawing the blood, etc.

Rather Boring.

I've had just about enough of these flashes with several teenagers just hanging out and screwin' around. The only one that has pulled it off, in my opinion, is "Tomorrow's Nobodies". What I enjoyed most about your movie was the graphics. Nice job with the animation and art. However, the humor was godawful. I was sitting through the flash thinking, "where are the jokes, buddy?" There was one decent one - the Ryan Seacrest joke, but one OK joke for a six minute movie seems a bit lacking to say the least. The voice actors were above average, and besides some lack of enthusiasm, they were pretty good. Overall, this wasn't bad by any means. However, the low humor rating and the excessive amount of these type of flashes really took away from what could have been, a fantastic flash. Keep at it.

Another Masterpiece

A couple days back, I had some strange feeling that Granfaloon would sumbit something soon. I've enjoyed all of your works, especially "Moonlight", and I loved this one as well. Very interesting twist on the story - I always thought the wolf should be able to slay the hunter. Great job destroying a happy ending, I mean, this was far from cliche. Graphics and Style are no less than a 10. The sound was almost flawless, I just found it slightly hard to make out what the narrator was saying from time to time. Although, it was some of the best voice acting I've heard recently. It's fantastic to see you submitting again! Even if you will knock me down a spot on the Weekly Top 20, you obviously put in 10x the effort that I did. Excellent work, and I'll always be a fan.

[Nutsy & Klutsy: Ep. 3]

Definitely the Best One Yet!

Wow, I really enjoyed this. I was slightly doubtful after the first two, but this one has restored my faith in the serie. Brilliant animation and camera movements - it almost rivaled those of cartoons on nickelodeon and cartoon network! Great humor as well. I rarely laugh out loud at flashes, but two moments really got me in this one - when Klutsy started pissin' through the mattress, and when Nutsy said something like, "God. Can't this tard piss without getting lost?" I'm sure you know what line I'm talking about, and it was hilarious. I'll wait eagerly for part two. Awesome job bro!

The humor was alright at first, but excessive cussing is usually not the best form of comedy. I really enjoyed how you got all the original music and sprites. Not bad.

A Big Step Up

Not that the first one was bad by any means, it's just that this one was much more professional. The animation was superb as usual, as well as the sprite editing. I only found one easter egg, but it was great (move it! move it!). This (along with the other four that I have yet to discover) bumped up the interactivity from the standard 1 to an impressive 6. What I enjoyed most was your choice of including Luigi as the protagonist rather than ol' Mario. Looks like you have a decent shot at Daily Feature! I'm rootin' for you man, break that Daily 3rd streak!

PS - I'm releasing my Kirby flash pretty soon. Let's see who gets higher on the Weekly Top 20 ;)
